The Passiflore residence is a building with 8 apartments.

Located 150 meters from Monaco and 350 meters from Monaco train station.

The residence is made up of 5 studios, a loft, a two-room apartment and on the top floor a 4-room apartment with a large outdoor terrace and a breathtaking view of the principality.

All of the accommodations are fully renovated, air-conditioned and equipped with all the necessary supplies for your short or long-term stays.

Simply MAGNIFICENT! The apartment is completely renovated and its location is exceptional, 50 meters from the entrance to Monaco, in front of a bus stop and above all facing the sea!!!!!! A very large balcony with a 180 degree view of the sea, a magical place where we had breakfast and admired a sunset worthy of Hollywood. The rooms are magnificent with a very neat and contemporary decoration, the harmony of the furniture and objects is very well studied and gives a perfect rendering. Very clean also. The photos correspond perfectly to reality, the bathroom is magnificent and completely renovated, separate toilet. We highly recommend this apartment and will come back this summer, the reservation is already taken! The host Maxime is very pleasant, responsive and available.
